Arizona Investment & Management LLC is a full-service real estate management and brokerage company based in Phoenix, Arizona. Our primary focus is multi-family & commercial investment property management and sales. By combining the strength of diverse overlapping services, we offer the apartment investor unique insight to increase values, maximize cash flow, and secure their assets through various cycles in real estate. Drew Gibson

Principal

Drew Gibson is a fully licensed and accredited REALTOR ® in the state of Arizona and has been an active investor and agent for more than thirty years. Drew was first licensed in California in 1987 where he worked as a commercial real estate agent for CB Commercial Real Estate.  Prior to founding Arizona Investment & Managment, LLC, Drew held the position of Vice President Marketing for Preferred Community Management, where he oversaw operations and management of over one million square feet of Class A, commercial retail property.  Drew’s education includes degrees from Marymount (Liberal Studies), University of California Santa Barbara (Bachelor of Arts) Urban Geography, with notable studies abroad, including semesters at Exeter College, Oxford, & American University in London. Drew’s background includes a decade as an executive with Apple Computer, Inc., as Senior Executive, Education, where he was responsible for over $90 million in education technology solutions for State and Local school systems throughout the Western United States, and received the distinguished Apple Laureate Award for his service.  Drew is trilingual (English, Spanish, and Fishing).

Alexis Stevens

Designated Broker

Alexis is a native of Phoenix, with over twenty years of real estate experience in multi-family, single family and student housing. A Realtor since 2004, she obtained her broker’s license in 2015. She is highly skilled and loves to assist her clients and tenants alike, seeing great honor in providing a roof overhead for great families. Her goal is to secure good residents, minimize expenses and maximize profits.
When not at work, she enjoys walking parks with her dog, road trips and often volunteers as cook for the needy at various charities. We think she’s amazing.

Kevin C. Kinslow (Casey)

Chief Financial Officer

Casey Kinslow received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from UCLA, graduating in three years, Magna Cum Laude. He obtained his CPA license after graduating, leaving public accounting to pursue an interest in the private sector. He has served as Controller and Chief Financial Officer, for private and public real estate companies. He brings over 40 years of experience in real estate, a career that includes development of property, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and work-out solutions for problem projects.

Casey is most proud of the period from 2000-2010, during which he and his wife, Jan, founded and operated a community Educational and Recreational community center for children of all ages. During this time, they were successful in mentoring hundreds of children, many of whom continue to be in their lives. An advocate for children, Casey has served on numerous youth sports boards and community groups.

Julie Brunzie

Senior Staff Accountant

Julie brings over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential property management accounting to our team. She holds an Arizona real estate license so adds additional value with her knowledge in real estate related to property management. Julie moved to Arizona in 1991. When not at work, Julie enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Mardy Gabuya

Accounting Specialist

Mardy joins our accounting team having graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. During her time spent working at Government and private agencies, she gained and developed experience in customer service, taxation and marketing financial services, in addition to accounting in banking, retail and realty.
Mardy is married with two lovely children and has been an active volunteer at their Elementary school and the local church. At weekends she loves cooking and baking, and the whole family enjoys supporting and cheering at her son’s hockey games.

Robin Cochran Wilmoth

Senior Portfolio Manager

Robin moved to Arizona in 1994 and comes to AIM with an extensive background in residential property management. Her management experience spans from small private investor portfolios to large REIT portfolios. She enjoys helping her clients grow their investments while offering residents a great place to call home. When Robin isn’t working with clients and residents she’s out sailing somewhere in the Pacific!

Maria Romo

Property Manager

Maria, our multi-tasking bilingual community manager, joined Arizona Investment & Management LLC in 2016.
She started her journey at 18 in the payroll/customer service department of a staffing agency and was rapidly promoted to branch and operations manager. Here she was involved in HR, payroll, AP/AR, staffing and marketing – a very fast paced career!
An opportunity to train and become a paralegal followed which she took and specialized as a lead bankruptcy paralegal.
With 10 years in the property management industry, Maria has diverse experience in multi-family, LHITC, tax credit, affordable housing, public housing and conventional.
She started with us as a portfolio manager and moved to a community manager where she has been managing The Enclave for almost 4 years. In this role she is involved with leasing and collections, unit turns and is also in charge of her own team, rehabbing entire property for the second time. It’s fast paced and there is never a dull moment!
In her free time, she loves to hang out with the kiddos, lounge at home and loves going to the beach in the summer…even if it’s just for the weekend.

Claudiu Florea

Claudiu has an extensive professional background in Sales and Management. He began his real estate career in 2005 and since then has helped numerous clients to purchase, sell, lease and manage their properties.
“As a Realtor, my first priority is to make my clients happy. I listen to my clients wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and I strive to ensure that the home buying/ selling/ property renting process is fun, easy and stress-free. My clients can count on me any time of day when they have a question or concern.”
In his spare time, Claudiu enjoys spending time with his family – fishing, working on his car, always trying to learn something new.

David Cruz

Operations Manager

David Cruz began his journey in Hospitality in 2014, quickly working his way up to Engineer B. He also ran a successful pool business servicing the Valley for over 13 years. In 2019 he moved on to a 5-star resort in Paradise Valley as an Engineer B and within a year was promoted to Engineering Supervisor. Less than 6 months later, he was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager of Engineering.

David is dedicated, hardworking and self-driven. During his time off he loves nothing more than to spend time with his family, their cat ‘Kali’, hiking in the mountains and enjoying great food.

A serial entrepreneur, Ric has merged his business talents with his wife-Kym to form Ric & Kym Enterprises – A collective of business ventures aligned to support consumers’ lifestyles in a post-pandemic society. Our ventures include Reimagining School/Office furniture, Last-Mile Delivery Services, and Property Management of short-term vacation rentals. 

Prior to forming Ric & Kym Enterprises, Ric worked in youth development for more than 25 years, impacting nearly 20,000 high school students with pre-college career development summer programming. 

As Founder/CEO of NEXUS Summer Programs, NEXUS has provided college-bound teens with on-campus academic and career development alongside immersive experiences in self-discovery including socio-emotional coping strategies, on leading college campuses throughout America since 2014. NEXUS has served upwards of 475 teens on various campuses, including Hampton University, Cornell University, Columbia University, MIT, and the University of Miami. Ric aligned with Philanthropist Robert F. Smith to establish the “Robert F. Smith Teen Entrepreneurship Challenge” hosted on the campus of the University of Denver, impacting nearly 100 teens over two years. Before NEXUS, Ric served as the Executive Director of City Year Philadelphia, leading a mix of staff and AmeriCorps volunteers totaling 300. This reading and math support program impacts nearly 12,000 students each year in Philadelphia. 

Between 2002 and 2013, Ric served as President and CEO of the LEAD Program, a summer academic enrichment program targeted for students of color. Under Ric’s leadership, LEAD Programs expanded from just 5 sites to 15 of America’s top business and engineering schools, including the University of California – Berkeley, Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia, and California Institute of Technology in Pasadena. Additionally, Ric partnered with South African universities alongside the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy (OWLA) to provide career exposure programs for 100 South African and American students of color. This effort doubled the annual number of LEAD students served, from 280 to over 500. In addition, since 2012 Ric has served as co-owner of The Willow School – Norristown, PA. A private early education center.
