Lynn is originally from New Jersey and moved to Arizona in the mid 80’s. She has been in the property management industry for over 35 years, licensed in real estate since 1990, and working on her RPA and CPM designations. She has worked in the property management industry in several capacities & property types and the industry is what she knows and loves.
Lynn is a great lover of all things Music and is a big fan of Stevie Nicks!

Casey Kinslow received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from UCLA, graduating in three years, Magna Cum Laude. He obtained his CPA license after graduating, leaving public accounting to pursue an interest in the private sector. He has served as Controller and Chief Financial Officer, for private and public real estate companies. He brings over 40 years of experience in real estate, a career that includes development of property, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and work-out solutions for problem projects.

Casey is most proud of the period from 2000-2010, during which he and his wife, Jan, founded and operated a community Educational and Recreational community center for children of all ages. During this time, they were successful in mentoring hundreds of children, many of whom continue to be in their lives. An advocate for children, Casey has served on numerous youth sports boards and community groups.

Jessica is a native New Yorker and has the tenacity that shows it. She has an extensive background in finance and construction and as a Multifamily Property Owner herself, she watches the bottom line for all of our owners. Since starting with AIM in 2016, Jessica  has implemented many policies and procedures to ensure our accounting department runs smoothly and efficiently. She has a keen eye for detail and oversees every financial aspect for AIM and our investors.

Outside of work, Jessica loves spending time with her family. She also enjoys a getaway to the beach or visiting the casinos in Arizona.

Jessica is worth her weight in gold and we value her integral role on Team AIM!

Claudiu has an extensive professional background in Sales and Management. He began his real estate career in 2005 and since then has helped numerous clients to purchase, sell, lease and manage their properties.

In his spare time, Claudiu enjoys spending time with his family – fishing, working on his car, always trying to learn something new.

Ryan has lived in Arizona 14 years and has been practicing Real Estate in the Valley since 2012. Originally from the Midwest, Ryan moved to Arizona for warmer weather but stayed for the growing and lively City, the outdoor activities, and the great community. He fell in love with Phoenix, and that passion inspired him to help others make the Valley their home. Ryan has experience working with all types of clients including Buyers, Sellers, Renters, and Investors. He also has experience with both short-term and long- term rentals, and even manages a few of his own properties.

When he’s not busy with real estate, Ryan enjoys being outdoors, attending basketball games (Go Suns!) and hanging out with his wife and two boys, they keep him on his toes!

Hilario is our highly experienced Maintenance Director who has worked in the industry for over 10 years. He sets high standards for himself and his team, going above and beyond to exceed expectations for the residents and management team at Arizona Investment and Management LLC.

In his spare time, Hilario can be found with his family which includes three beautiful children. Together they enjoy off-roading, spending time in nature and cooking up great BBQs!

She lived and raised her young family in Phoenix for 10 years, before returning to the UK, where she continues to work on marketing design projects to support Arizona Investment and Management LLC.
